A 50 percent deposit must be sent within 14 days from the booking date. Written notice of e-mail or snail mail) cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 30 days from the arrival date will be charged an equivalent of three nights of the total accommodations confirmed. If you wish to conclude your stay before scheduled departure, at least two days' notice is required in order for you to receive a refund for unused days.

Directions from airport:
Taxi from airport to St. John Ferry in Redhook, St. Thomas (about a 25 minute drive (10 miles). Ferry leaves every hour on the hour to 11pm... It is about a 15 minute ride to St. John, Cruz Bay. The ferry ride is usually lovely.
